Joshua is a trained Industrial Engineer with a Master's degree in Healthcare Systems Engineering. He is a passionate Lean Coach, a Lean training facilitator, and a change agent. He has played a critical role in collaborating and leading problem-solving teams in primary and urgent care, intensive care units, emergency departments, perioperative services, population and behavioral health services, and labor and delivery units in the past seven years. Joshua also has an extensive background in coaching executive leaders and physicians at major academic health systems and community-based hospitals to create a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Joshua is a servant and self-motivated leader interested in collaborating with small businesses and large organizations. He has a passion for creating management systems, developing leader's coaching capabilities, and employee's problem-solving abilities that proactively support operational excellence.

Michele s. Stuart

Michele S. Stuart, PMP, has performed management improvement, cost reduction, systems and statistical analysis for over 35 years. With a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech, Michele has an extensive background in project management, business process re-engineering, productivity and methods improvement, workspace/warehouse layout and redesign, inventory control, staffing and scheduling, and routing improvements. She is the founder of Productivity Management Consultants (PMC), formed in 1994. PMC is currently known as Efficiency Engineers—a consulting firm specialized in Business Optimization through Industrial Engineering and Information Technology. Her passion for mentoring and teaching has added value to her clients, staff, and students worldwide.
